What happens if I get locked out or lose a key or pass?
Contact the Rental Agent. (NOTE: If it is outside of the business hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, you can reach the Answering Service by calling our office number. They will page the Agent, who will arrange to get you in.)
Tenant shall be assessed Locksmith charges and Association charges, if any, for each key, pass, pool tag or opener lost or not returned to Broker or Owner upon check-out. Such charges will be deducted from the Deposit. Tenant agrees to pay Broker the greater of $50 or actual cost immediately to provide access to the unit in the event of an after hours lock out.
